Scott Goodkowsky, first appointed as a Constable November 7th 1991. A 1992 graduate of the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council, (now known as the MPTC). I previously resided in Holyoke, Massachusetts, attending the Holyoke Public School system. I graduated from "The White Mountain School"/"St. Mary's in the Mountains", in Littleton, NH, class of 1979. Studied Marketing and Economics in both SC & NC (respectfully). This fall we celebrate our 25th year in this field of work. A Past President of the Massachusetts Constables Association. I have repeatedly certified as "Defensive Tactics” Instructor through both PPCT ™, and Smith and Wesson’s National Firearms Training Center ™, as well as an "Aerosol Subject Restraint Instructor". More importantly 56 years of experience and extremely varied training offers a unique perspective to life, in the 21st century, where drugs and crime are pervasive making one's personal safety of paramount importance. I have spoken hundreds of times statewide, dozens nationally, internationally perhaps 1/2 dozen times. I reside in Hampden County, Massachusetts. On October 11th 1985, I began flight School and obtained my Private Pilot's License on November 29th 1988, in Concord, NH. On July 18th, 1992 I had the pleasure of meeting "Terry Melcher" (now deceased, may god rest his soul) on the tarmac of Martha's Vineyard Airport. Google him, that is an interesting story. With over 58 years of experience, where do we finish this bio? Right here! Call for any information.
